Eligibility Criteria

Stipend and Benefits
Candidates who are selected for the courses will receive a monthly stipend throughout their training. The stipend amounts vary by course and year, as detailed below.

Upon completion of their studies, candidates are required to undertake a mandatory one-year internship at AOD Hospital or another Indian Oil hospital. This internship can be extended for an additional two years at the discretion of IOCL (AOD). During the internship, B.Sc Nursing interns will earn ₹16,250 per month, while GNM interns will receive ₹15,250 per month. An additional ₹1,000 per month will be provided if the intern is assigned to a different IOCL hospital. It is important to note that accommodation will not be provided during this internship.
All selected candidates must reside in the hostel during their course. The Corporation does not guarantee regular employment after course completion.

An affidavit is not acceptable as proof of income. The income certificate must be issued by a Revenue Authority at least at the level of Circle Revenue Inspector and must indicate the gross joint annual income of the family from all sources. How to Apply for IOCL Nursing Admission?
The application process for the B.Sc Nursing program is open from 21 July 2026 to 11 August 2026. Ensure you have your CEE-2026 roll number, total marks, and scanned documents ready before proceeding.

In the event of a tie in total marks, the merit will be determined by the scores in Biology, then Chemistry, then Physics, and finally English for B.Sc Nursing; for GNM, it will be based on English, then General Science, then Mathematics. Only candidates deemed fit during the medical examination will be considered for admission.
