Additional Project Manager – Direct Benefit Transfer
This position has 2 openings with a salary range of ₹95,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month. Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field, or possess a B.Tech/BE degree.
Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in implementing Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) programs, managing welfare schemes, or overseeing large government transformation projects, ideally within the IT sector. The required experience may be reduced by one year for exceptional candidates with outstanding qualifications, pending approval from the relevant authority.
Candidates should have mandatory experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), change management, and operational transformation. A solid understanding of Aadhaar-enabled systems, beneficiary lifecycle management, financial inclusion, grievance systems, and DBT operational frameworks is essential. Additionally, experience coordinating with various departments, districts, banks, and implementation agencies is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also necessary.
IT Expert (Social Registry & Data Governance)
This role has 1 vacancy with a salary of ₹95,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month. Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or an MCA.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, master data management, and managing beneficiary or social registries is required. Similar to the previous role, the experience requirement may be relaxed for exceptional candidates. Experience in API governance, metadata management, and data quality assurance is necessary, along with familiarity in designing social registry systems and understanding consent architecture and privacy frameworks.
IT Expert (Technical Architecture & Infrastructure)
This position has 1 opening with a salary range of ₹95,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month. Candidates must hold at least a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or an MCA.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise IT architecture, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity is required. The experience requirement may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional qualifications. Candidates should have experience in infrastructure planning, hosting architecture, and system performance monitoring, along with a solid understanding of government cloud environments and security standards.
IT Expert-Application, Workflow & UX
This role has 1 vacancy with a salary of ₹95,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month. Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or an MCA.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise application development and UI/UX design for large digital platforms is required. The experience requirement may be relaxed for exceptional candidates. Familiarity with workflow automation, business rule configuration, and government service delivery portals is preferred, along with experience in UAT coordination and application quality review.
Grievance Redressal & Quality Assurance (GRQA) Expert
This position has 1 opening with a salary of ₹95,000 to ₹1,60,000 per month. Candidates should have at least a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a preference for those holding a postgraduate qualification in Public Policy, Management, Social Work, or a related field.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in grievance redressal, citizen service delivery, or quality assurance, particularly in call center or public service operations.
In certain exceptional circumstances, the required years of professional experience may be reduced by one year for candidates who exhibit outstanding merit and relevant expertise, pending approval from the competent authority.
